THE SKETCH
From $500
A working session where the idea gets examined properly. You bring it at whatever stage it is at and we find its direction. We prepare, research the context, and arrive with a point of view. We interrogate the idea from multiple angles, challenge assumptions, and identify what is strong, what needs resolving, and what the path forward looks like. You receive a written concept brief covering the core direction, the strongest creative angles, and clear next steps. Delivered within five working days.

THE BUILD
From $2,500
A scoped engagement covering the full creative journey of any project. Concept, direction, team, and delivery built around what the work requires. We apply deep creative and strategic thinking across every stage, assemble the right people, manage the production, and hold the vision through every decision until complete. You receive the full creative and strategic output, developed to the standard the idea deserves. Execution costs are determined by the scope of work and agreed before anything begins.

THE FIXTURE
From $3000
A monthly retainer giving consistent access to the workshop across everything you are working on. Creative direction and development without scoping a new engagement each time. We carry a growing understanding of your brand into every piece of work, keeping direction consistent and thinking sharp. Scope and priorities are set at the start of each month. You receive ongoing creative direction, development, and strategic support. Execution costs on specific projects are determined by the scope of work.

THE BLOCKS
Priced per block
Individual capabilities from the workshop commissioned independently. You identify the specific skill your project needs from the full list of 40 and we scope it, price it, and deliver it without a broader engagement attached. We agree the scope and fee upfront and deliver the specific contribution to the same standard as every other Unhinged Dept. engagement. Blocks can be combined or used alongside an existing Build or Residency. Execution costs are determined by the full scope of work required.
